Emily Blunt opted for minimalism while attending the “Disclosure Day” premiere in Paris, which took place on Tuesday at Le Grand Rex venue. The movie star was outfitted in a custom Alaïa ensemble with one of the brand’s most coveted shoe designs from the fashion house’s fall 2026 collection.

She strapped her feet into a pair of all-white mesh pumps, also from the Alaïa fall 2026 collection. The shoes follow a classic pump silhouette featuring a round, modest pointed toe and a tall, slender stiletto heel that widens at the base.
The upper is constructed from a sheer, translucent mesh panel in a white, see-through tone, giving it a lightweight look. The shoe is held up by leather trims around the edges, capping the rounded toe and covering the heel counter.

A thin, matching white leather strap extends from the heel, and the shoes are complete and held in place by a small metallic buckle enclosure. The shoes made their debut on the runway during Paris Fashion Week in March. The brand will offer them in a variety of colorful options, including orange, black, red, purple and blue, and will come in a mesh boot design as well.
The look featured a white pointed skirt with a high-low design. The dress featured tiered layers that were slightly pleated, with the top layer having a tutu-inspired design. The skirt is paired with a halter-neck, sleeveless bodysuit.

The look was inspired by a similar long-sleeve dress version that made its way down the runway during the Alaïa fall 2026 show. The collection, which was designed by Pieter Mulier, leaned into the minimal, stripped-back essence of Alaïa, including the shoes.
Blunt’s all-white look served as a sharp contrast to her “Disclosure Day” costars Colman Domingo and Josh O’Connor, who both wore black and dark gray ensembles. “Disclosure Day” is an upcoming thriller directed by Steven Spielberg. The film follows a cybersecurity whistleblower, played by O’Connor, and a meteorologist, played by Blunt, who attempt to bypass global government cover-ups and reveal the truth about extraterrestrial life to the entire world at once. The movie hits theaters on June 12.
