The actress grounded her ensemble with metallic slingback pumps from the Italian luxury brand. The silver pair featured a pointed toe and the label’s triangular name-bearing logo on the vamp.
Meanwhile, Ashley’s satiny chartreuse dress was a custom Prada design, featuring a high-low design with a thigh-cut hemline in front and a floor-grazing train in back. The dress was also strapless while the silhouette narrowed at the waist.

Ashley was cast in “The Devil Wears Prada 2” as Amari, the current first assistant to Runway editor-in-chief Miranda Priestly, played by Streep.
Like her costars, Ashley has dressed up in a number of eye-catching footwear styles amid promotion of the film. On Friday alone in New York last week, she stepped out in five shoe looks including Christian Louboutin Miss Z sandals, Puma Speedcat sneakers, Dior Initials pumps, Jimmy Choo Love pumps and Fidan Novruzova Tall Iman boots.
In an interview with WWD ahead of the world premiere, Ashley likened herself to a sponge on the set of the film.

David Frankel returned to direct the long-awaited sequel to the 2006 film “The Devil Wears Prada,” an adaptation of the novel of the same name by Lauren Weisberger. “The Devil Wears Prada 2” finds Hathaway’s Andy Sachs working as a features editor at Runway magazine, returning about 20 years after she served as an assistant to demanding editor-in-chief Miranda Priestly, played by Streep.
In addition to Hathaway and Streep, Emily Blunt and Stanley Tucci reprise their roles as Emily Charlton and Nigel Kipling. Meanwhile, Molly Rogers is the costume designer for the film, taking the reins from Patricia Field, who worked on the first film. The sequel is set for release on May 1.
