This peach loaf doesnβt last long in my house! It comes out of the oven smelling like summer, and my kids are hovering by the counter before I even have the glaze finished. If youβre on a peach kick, my peach cobblerΒ or peach smoothie should be next!
Peach Loaf
- Mix Wet Ingredients: Preheat the oven to 350ΒΊF, then spray a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and line it with parchment paper. In a large bowl, addΒ sugar,Β oil, eggs,Β sour cream,Β whole milk, andΒ vanilla extract. Whisk to combine.
- Whisk Dry Ingredients and Combine: In a small bowl, combineΒ all-purpose flour,Β baking powder, andΒ salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Add Peaches: Gently fold inΒ chopped peaches.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Once baked, let the peach loaf cool for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.
