Fearless in her pursuit of fashion excellence, Maura Higgins boasted a pixie cut for the first time outside the Viktor & Rolf fall 2026 couture show on Thursday.
The reality star — who famously starred on Season Four of “The Traitors,” alongside “Love Island USA” star Rob Rausch, earlier this year — paired a rough-cut version of the ultra-short hairdo with reworked suiting.

The dark chocolate-colored hair piece was something out of a late ’90s, early 2000s salon catalog, with split ends hovering over the hairline and short layers forming a thick coat over her head. It was somewhere between Kate Hudson’s bleached pixie and Emma Stone’s auburn one, post “Bugonia.”

Higgins’ vision was brought to life by celebrity stylist Luke Pluckrose, who also helped inform her gothic hairdo at the Robert Wun presentation earlier in the week. Here, her natural hair was styled in a sleek, avant-garde aesthetic that gelled her front layer in a sharp wave over her forehead. Paired with her pointy, high-neck collar, the look called to mind the Evil Queen in “Snow White.”

Jaw-dropping hair has been the name of this couture week, with many celebrities proving the front row is as much a playground for beauty as the runway is for fashion.
Elsewhere at the Robert Wun show, Cardi B took her own risk in the beauty department, embellishing her designer duds with a doughnut-shaped hairdo. The rapper wrapped her inky ends in what appeared to be a bouffant dome atop her head. The oversized structure, crafted by Tokyo Stylez, fit nicely with her fashion, as it balanced the weight of her geometric gown and spear-shaped earrings.

Meanwhile, outside Balenciaga, Teyana Taylor accented a feminine slipdress with extra-long ginger extensions that resembled a horse’s tail. The sleek ends fell flat over half her face, moving down her front left side and behind her back.

Will we continue to see celebrities push beauty limits — and lengths — on the sidelines of major shows? Only time will tell.
