Jennifer Lopez left the clear heels from her Paris haute couture week wardrobe behind on Sunday, arriving at Wimbledon in Ralph Lauren Collection sandals with thick rope braiding and a slim stiletto heel. She watched Jannik Sinner defend his title against Alexander Zverev.
Lopez arrived for the gentlemen’s singles final in what appeared to be an archival pair of rope-and-leather T-strap sandals. The summery silhouette featured braids across the open toe, with a narrower plait up the center of the foot to a slim cognac ankle strap. The two-texture design was crafted with tan leather around the sole, a woven heel counter and a high, narrow brown stiletto.

Stylists Hannah Margeson and Rob Zangardi kept the rest of the Ralph Lauren look within a warm neutral range. Lopez wore the cream Buckle-Trim Georgette Sleeveless Dress, with soft draping across the bodice and gathering at the waist. She added the Ralph Lauren Collection Stacked RL Top Handle Bag in cognac leather and linen, along with the house’s oversize Hemp-Blend Wide-Brim Hat.

Compared with her Paris rotation, Lopez made a sharp textural break. During couture week, she wore transparent mules, a pointed clear wedge and see-through evening heels, along with towering neutral Christian Louboutin platforms. For Wimbledon, Lopez kept the exposed foot and sharp heel but traded invisibility for dense, visible braiding.

After dropping the opening set, Sinner came back to beat Alexander Zverev 6-7(7), 7-6(2), 6-3, 6-4, collecting his second straight Wimbledon title and fifth Grand Slam win. Kate Middleton, who opted for her go-to Ralph Lauren calfskin heels, presented both players with awards after the match.
