Chloe Fineman is seeing stripes.
Frank & Eileen, the 100 percent woman-owned, B Corp-certified contemporary apparel brand, is collaborating with Fineman, the actress, comedian and “SNL” star, and her mother, artist Ellen Gunn, on a limited-edition collection.
Fineman, Gunn and Audrey McLoghlin, founder and chief executive officer of Frank & Eileen, have created a limited-edition collection that’s all stripes. It consists of two unique stripe designs and both of those styles are available in the signature Chloe Stripe and the Ellen Stripe patterns that they each chose. They are available in two Frank & Eileen button-up silhouettes: the relaxed-fit Eileen ($258) and the oversized Shirley ($268).
The capsule was inspired by the mother-daughter duo’s shared obsession with blue and white stripes.

“This collaboration was a match made in heaven, not only because of our deep, deep obsession with stripes, but also my personal love of female-founded brands,” said Fineman.
The collaboration follows House of Frank & Eileen’s successful collaboration with actor Julianne Moore last year.

“For me, Frank & Eileen has always been about more than a brand — it’s a community rooted in storytelling and genuine connection,” said McLoghlin. “It was such a joy to welcome Chloe and Ellen into our Los Angeles studio for a hands-on, creative session to design this collection together. Watching their dynamic in person was a beautiful reminder of the power of generational style.”

“Working with my mom and Audrey on this creation was a dream,” said Fineman. “We both live in stripes. I’ve even been known to borrow her classic shirts. Creating our own signature stripes felt so special, like we were curating our own shared closet that we cherish for years to come.”
Gunn added, “Chloe and I have always had a shortland when it comes to style — the classic blue and white stripe is practically part of our DNA. Getting to step into a creative studio with my daughter and Audrey to design the Ellen stripe from scratch was a joy I truly treasure.”
The collection launches Tuesday at FrankandEileen.com and is available at Frank & Eileen’s Madison Avenue flagship.
Frank & Eileen, which was founded in 2009, became a B Corp-certified brand in 2020. The company, which is known for blending European craftsmanship with California ease, recently opened its first U.S. flagship on the corner of 65th and Madison Avenue in New York. The company launched the Frank & Eileen Foundation this year, committing to create more women entrepreneurs and using slow fashion as a force for good.
Last September, Mother, the Los Angeles-based brand, partnered with Fineman and her sister, Emma Fineman, on 15-piece retro-inspired apparel and accessories collection. Among the looks were cigarette pants, A-line skirts and classic blue jeans.
