Alana Hadid is getting her own sneaker.
On Tuesday, the older half-sister of Bella and Gigi, is set to release a sneaker with Danish label Arkk Copenhagen during the city’s fashion week celebrations.
For the tie-up, Hadid updated the brand’s Forma Runner silhouette in a bright pink colorway. The shoe features a mesh and vegan leather upper with an EVA sole. Only 120 pairs were made, each with Hadid’s signature on the insole.
Hadid first came to Copenhagen Fashion Week in 2023. What was meant to be one visit became a habit — she returned the following season, and the one after that, and somewhere along the way the city became something closer to home. “I just love Danes,” she said. “Scandinavian fashion has always inspired me, but what keeps bringing me back is the people.”
It was in Copenhagen where she discovered Arkk, an independent brand born in the city in 2014. Since then, the sneakers have become a constant — worn throughout Copenhagen Fashion Week and back home in Los Angeles.
“I’ve never found a sneaker brand that felt so me,” Hadid noted. “It’s androgynous and still has flair. It’s utilitarian and still stylish. I can wear it to a dinner and on a hike. I keep coming back.”
A collaboration was the natural next step for the model. “I’ve always wanted to collaborate on a shoe, and I wear Arkk so much that they feel like they were designed by me already,” she said. “So when we started discussing working together, the idea of a collab felt natural.”

Kasper Høj Rasmussen, founder of Arkk Copenhagen, added that the collaboration between the brand and Hadid came easily. “She knew the brand the way you only know something you’ve lived with,” the founder said. “This collaboration is our way of honoring that.”
The collaboration officially debuted during Copenhagen Fashion Week with an intimate dinner bringing together editors, creatives, tastemakers, and close friends of both Hadid and Arkk.
