“Anywhere but Here” singer Hilary Duff didn’t want to be anywhere but Madison Square Garden on Wednesday night, where she performed the first of two sold-out shows at the world’s most famous arena in custom Gianvito Rossi shoes — reflecting an exclusive collaboration with the Italian luxury brand for her “Lucky Me” tour.

Following the intimate “Small Rooms, Big Nerves” tour earlier in the year, the “Lucky Me” world tour brings Duff back to the global stage after more than a decade, encompassing 55 dates across eight countries and four continents. She delivers a setlist of familiar favorites from the 2000s like “So Yesterday” and new tracks like “Roommates” from her latest album “Luck…Or something,” which dropped in February — and she’s doing it in style.
The collaboration with Gianvito Rossi and celebrity stylist Neelo Noory kicked off in May when Duff showcased the silver plexi Diana slingback with a white wet-look dress from Di Petsa during a performance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.” This singular project transitioned into a creative journey in which Gianvito Rossi became the exclusive footwear partner for Duff throughout the entirety of her world tour, which will conclude on Feb. 12 in Mexico City.

In collaboration with Noory, the footwear label created a lineup of bespoke designs to complement the visual identity of each tour look, fitting into the styling narrative with a balance of glamour and performance functionality. The Hansen boot, defined by a soft, slouchy silhouette and 85mm stiletto heel, is reinterpreted in bespoke white and champagne satin and metallic silver leather iterations — it’s become a key style of the tour wardrobe. The custom lineup also includes the Keinna ankle bootie in denim featuring a block heel and pointed toe, alongside prominent styles like the Metropolis sandal, the crystal-embellished Rania boot and the pull-on Glenn boot with a block heel.

Duff wears a range of looks throughout the show, running the gamut from casual to high glamour. At the end of her first night at Madison Square Garden, she concluded her concert wearing a custom Paul Aaron Knitwear shooting star fringe dress crafted with more than 20,000 hand-weaved glass beads from Toho Beads, as shared by the designer on social media. The look was completed with her metallic silver leather stiletto boots, of course.
