Zero Bond, the New York members-only club, is expanding west with a more than 15,000-square-foot space at Wynn Las Vegas.
Opening in early February, the project marks the club’s first major move outside New York and is being developed, owned and operated in partnership with Wynn Resorts.
“It just seemed like the right time and right opportunity,” cofounder Scott Sartiano said of teaming with Wynn.
Zero Bond’s mission from the start has been to redefine what a modern members’ club can be, shaping it as a cultural hub rooted in community, Sartiano said.
“I think you’re always trying to expand the community and the network that you’re building, because a members’ club really is about the community and the people,” he continued.

Unveiled in 2019 with co-owner Will Makris, the original NoHo location emerged from shifts Sartiano observed in how people wanted to gather. “I just saw a lot of big trends coming up, which was people wanting more space, wanting more sense of community, wanting curated offerings.…I just thought there was this great opportunity from a business perspective and a social perspective in New York.”
At Wynn Las Vegas, the club will carry over its core operating principles, with emphasis on discretion. Sartiano confirmed that strict guidelines will remain unchanged.
“You can’t take pictures, you can’t talk about what happens inside of the club outside of the club,” he said. Members must maintain a “very high level of respect” for one another and for staff, he added.
The new location — a design collaboration between Alessia Genova of Tihany Design and Wynn Design and Development — will offer a range of amenities, including The Fairway Grill, a dining room serving lunch and dinner with menus by celebrated American chef Alfred Portale; an indoor-outdoor cigar lounge; a wine cellar, and a garden overlooking the Wynn Golf Club. A private valet entrance will also be available to members, offering a direct entry separate from the main hotel flow.
Membership in Las Vegas will be offered at two tiers. General membership includes a $1,000 one-time initiation fee and $2,750 in annual dues, while the limited founding membership tier is priced at a $50,000 initiation fee with $7,500 in annual dues and comes with select perks, including access to the New York location. Interested applicants can apply directly through the club’s website at zerobondwynn.com.
As for what’s next, Sartiano confirmed that additional markets are under consideration, noting Los Angeles and Miami.
“They are definitely in our crosshairs,” he said.
