Why Should I Meal Plan?

If you haven’t started meal planning yet, it’s time to give it a try—it’s a total game-changer! Here’s why I love it:

  • Stress-Free Evenings: Knowing what’s for dinner takes the guesswork out of your day. No more staring into the fridge, hoping for inspiration!
  • Healthier Choices: When you plan ahead, you can choose meals that are balanced and nutritious, making it easier to stick to your health goals.
  • Less Food Waste: Meal planning helps you buy only what you need, so you’re not throwing out forgotten ingredients or leftovers. It’s great for your budget and the planet!

Side Dishes for Dinner

My weekly meal plans always include a printable shopping list that is measured out and ready to go. It makes things so easy!

Storing Leftovers for Meal Planning

I only meal plan Monday-Friday because we sometimes have plans over the weekend, or I have leftovers that we can have to finish off the week! If you have leftovers, store them properly in an airtight container in your fridge.
