The Lede Company is introducing an events division coheaded by Emma Parker and Brendan Ordonez. They will report to The Lede Company cofounders and co-chief executive officers Sarah Rothman, Amanda Silverman, Meredith O’Sullivan and Christine Su.
“As global events continue to drive culture, it’s a natural evolution to have a team dedicated to supporting our growth and expansion, and we’re thrilled to have Emma and Brendan at the helm of Lede’s global presence in events,” Su told WWD in an exclusive statement. “Their unwavering dedication and vision bring an unmatched depth to our capabilities, and we couldn’t be prouder of all they’ve achieved and what lies ahead.”
The Lede Company, launched in 2018, has offices globally in New York, Los Angeles, Paris and London, with divisions in brand, talent, strategic communications, content and social impact. The addition of events will include publicity and red carpet management.
Lede has overseen publicity and communications for events for clients that include Louis Vuitton, Audi, Diptyque Paris, Peabody Awards, Hennessy, Coach, Altuzarra, Thom Browne, Gotham Film and Media Institute, the LA LGBTQ Gala, Nylon, Something in the Water, The Ohana Fest, Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project, among others.
The events team also includes Eliseé Browchuk, formerly of Vogue, who joins as director of events, and Walker Inge, named senior director of brand and events. Carlos Freixeda will oversee the new division in Paris.
Ordonez previously served as vice president of brand at Lede since 2020. His clients have included Hermès, YSL, Valentino, Gucci, Céline, Lanvin, Givenchy, Fendi, Cartier, Isabel Marant, Maison Margiela, Jil Sander, Marni, DSquared2, Carolina Herrera, Joseph, Alexandre Vauthier and Balenciaga. Prior to joining Lede, Ordonez was vice president at BPCM.

Parker joined Lede in 2018, working across the company’s strategic communications and content divisions. She’s worked on publicity campaigns for corporate entertainment clients, nonprofits, and film and television projects. Clients have included Rihanna’s Savage x Fenty, W Magazine’s portfolio of events, Chanel, Gucci, Valentino, Netflix, Hulu, Hello Sunshine’s Shine Away, Time Magazine, The Hollywood Reporter, Soho House, and Bob Woodruff Foundation’s Stand Up for Heroes, among others. Her career began at The Weinstein Company, working across corporate communications and national film publicity.
