Nike, Inc.’s collaborations with Swarovski run the gamut from fully flooded, crystal-covered looks to more toned-down variations which use the gems sparingly. One upcoming pair from the company’s Jordan Brand division mixes both of these approaches, dressing its upper in an erratic, partially crystallized design.
The upcoming Swarovski x Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Vast Gray sneaker features a distressed-looking mixed-material upper which appears as if it’s been repaired and filled in with densely packed crystals. It’s a new look for the brand’s Swarovski collaborations and particularly for the Air Jordan 1 model, which has thus far been released in a low-top black-and-gray Stealth iteration. The upcoming style will come in special packaging and is accompanied by a silver locket chain.
Nike and Swarovski’s partnership dates back to 2017, when the duo introduced a crystal-laden version of the retro Air Max 97 running shoe. Several more Air Max 97s would follow, and the companies have since released variations of models including the Air Force 1, Air Max Plus, Ja 2 and more. The most coveted of their co-branded releases is 2020’s three-way Dunk Low collaboration with Cactus Plant Flea Market.

Most recently, Nike introduced Swarovski-encrusted versions of two of its top-of-the-line running sneakers, the Pegasus Premium and Vomero Plus. Those pairs were far more restrained in their use of the Swarovski stones, which appeared only on the Swoosh logos.
While fervor around the Air Jordan 1 silhouette has cooled off a bit from the peak hype seen in the 2010s, the model is still very much a part of Nike, Inc.’s staple sneaker offerings. 2025 highlights included a meticulous remake of the original the black-and-red colorway and the first-ever return of the fan-favorite Shattered Backboard style.
Set to be released in a Vast Grey/Vast Grey/Photon Dust colorway, the Swarovski x Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG will retail for $1,000 when it arrives from Jordan Brand retailers. The sneaker, which comes exclusively in women’s sizing with a style code of HF6248-002, was released early from Berlin-based stockist Solebox, where it’s nearly already sold out. A wider release is expected during spring ’26.
