Skechers is doubling down on its global ambitions with the debut of its first athlete-driven lifestyle sneaker collaboration with a limited-edition capsule with soccer icon Harry Kane. The Skechers x Harry Kane “Off Pitch” collection just launched worldwide, highlighting two upgraded silhouettes.

Timed to a high point in Kane’s career, the launch follows his first season with Bayern Munich, where he scored 36 goals and earned the 2024 European Golden Boot as the continent’s top scorer. Kane joined Skechers in August 2023, debuting the brand’s SKX_01 football boots, followed by the SKX_1.5 Player Edition worn during the UEFA Champions League. The Off Pitch collection shifts the focus to lifestyle, reworking Skechers’ core streetwear offerings with a more premium finish.
Kane’s version of the Koopa sneaker — the Koopa – Harry Kane Court — features a higher-cut leather upper, tailored to his preference, and grounded in air-cooled memory foam insoles. White and burgundy accents nod to his Bayern Munich kit without veering into overt branding.

The Uno – Harry Kane Air layers signature detailing atop one of Skechers’ most recognizable silhouettes. His name appears on the tongue, while a Skech-Air midsole and no-tie fit system push comfort and mobility to the forefront. Both pairs are housed within the Skechers Street Men’s category, a line the brand continues to build out as it leans into performance-meets-lifestyle appeal.

The launch aligns with broader brand momentum. In May, Skechers opened its first performance-focused store in Europe — a 7,700-square-foot flagship in Ghent, Belgium — complete with digital LED screens and a full assortment of footwear, apparel and accessories. A second location in Messancy is slated to open this summer, part of a growing footprint that includes eight other Belgian doors.
“This [store] will enable more athletes and enthusiasts to discover our signature comfort that performs,” said Skechers president Michael Greenberg at the time of the Ghent debut.
Kane’s capsule joins a series of headline-making celebrity collaborations for Skechers, including those with Snoop Dogg and Martha Stewart — but this marks the brand’s first athlete-led lifestyle release. The launch also comes on the heels of major corporate news: a $9 billion go-private agreement with investment firm 3G Capital, the largest buyout in footwear industry history. Skechers will remain under its current leadership, with CEO Robert Greenberg and president Michael Greenberg continuing to lead the company.
