The fourth season of “Only Murders in the Building” held its premiere on Thursday in Los Angeles, with a bevy of the series’ stars hitting the red carpet event. Selena Gomez, Meryl Streep and more styled their fashionable threads for the occasion, with the new season just days away from debuting on the streaming platform.
Ahead, see the designer looks Gomez, Streep and more wore to Hulu’s Emmy-winning comedy series’ premiere of “Only Murders in the Building.”
Selena Gomez
Gomez put a sparkling spin on the little black dress. The actress and singer opted for a sleeveless dress by Self-Portrait. The minidress featured allover glittering embellishments, delicate lace detail and a glittering bow at the neckline.
Gomez continued the sparkling motif with her shoe selection, wearing heels by Roger Vivier. She accessorized with jewelry courtesy of Marli. Gomez’s hair was styled by Marissa Marino, with makeup by artist Melissa Murdick. The actress’ look was curated by stylist Erin Walsh, who also works with Anne Hathaway.
Meryl Streep
Streep wore a black and white shirt dress by Stella McCartney. The look featured the Fungi Forest toile de Jouy print.
The dress included long sleeves and a sharp collar, with a few buttons at the top of the front placket unbuttoned. Streep’s look was curated by stylist Micaela Erlanger, who also works with Lupita Nyong’o and Kelly Clarkson.
Da’Vine Joy Randolph
Oscar-winning actress Da’Vine Joy Randolph took inspiration from the runway for her red carpet look at the “Only Murders in the Building” premiere. The actress wore a dress from Mugler‘s fall 2024 ready-to-wear collection, which featured a strapless silhouette with a bevy of black strips of fabric creating a tassel effect on the skirt.
Molly Shannon
Molly Shannon went classic. The “Saturday Night Live” alum wore a simple black sleeveless dress with a mock neckline. She paired the look with black pointed toe heels, creating a monochrome style, which has been popular on the red carpet in 2024.
“Only Murders in the Building” follows three strangers with a mutual true crime podcast obsession who live in the same apartment building in New York City. The trio set out to solve a series of murders that take place in their building, all while chronicling their investigations via their own podcast. The fourth season of “Only Murders in the Building” premieres on Hulu on Tuesday.
