It is the time of year where every NFL fan is positive. That is what is beautiful about August.
Dan Rapaport did a great job in his interview with Scottie by having fun with the fact that Scottie has, um, done this a lot lately. Instead of asking the usual questions that we have heard the same answers to over and over, Dan decided to have fun and ask Scottie some different types of questions.
Right off the bat Dan asked Scottie how many games the Dallas Cowboys are going to win this year. Scottie, a Cowboys fan if that isn’t obvious, decided to stay positive.
Scheffler noted that he has seen an optimistic prediction where Dallas finishes 11-6 on the season. As the resident Dallas Cowboys person around SB Nation… I am here to tell you that I am bullish on their projected win total (7.5 or 8.5 depending on where you look), but 11 feels like a game too far.
Who am I to disagree with Scottie Scheffler, though?
