Rita Ora went all in on winter textures in New York on Tuesday night, pairing glossy thigh-high boots with an oversize teddy coat during a New York outing ahead of “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve 2026.”
The “All Natural” singer wore glossy, black thigh-high boots with a squared toe and a chunky block heel, styled over sheer black tights. She paired the patent, liquid-finish boots with a belted cream teddy coat with a wide shawl collar. Black rectangular sunglasses, a black shoulder bag with silver hardware, gold hoop earrings and layered chain necklaces completed the textured look.

The appearance adds another note to the season’s tall-boot streak, particularly around thigh-high lengths. In November, Ali Larter wore matte black thigh-high boots with a lacquered Teresa Helbig mini at ELLE’s Women in Hollywood Celebration, following a run of other over-the-knee looks on her “Landman” press tour. Paris Hilton leaned on black suede Gianvito Rossi thigh-highs at GQ’s Men of the Year 2025 event in Los Angeles, while Heidi Klum opted for Le Silla’s vinyl Eva thigh-high boots at the Empire State Building in October.
Ora has also spent the week in New York in multiple tall boot looks tied to her hosting duties. One day earlier, she arrived in Times Square for “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve” rehearsals wearing Coperni’s Bridge Boot in chocolate brown leather, styled with a matching brown Tod’s shearling overcoat. That knee-high pair featured a slanted block heel and square toe with a slouchy shaft, placing Monday’s look on the leather-brown side of the winter boot story before Tuesday’s switch to glossy black.
