Method
- Turn a waffle iron on medium-high heat and prepare with non-stick spray.
- In a bowl, stir together the almond flour, tapioca flour, baking powder and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the egg, oil and milkshake and then combine with the dry ingredients.
- The batter will be thick. Scoop about ¼ cup of the batter into the center of the waffle iron and cook for 3-5 minutes and golden brown.
