Ingredients

CHOCOLATE BROWNIE HEARTS

  • 4 Quest Bake Shop Chocolate Brownies
  • 5 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 4oz sugar free white chocolate
  • 4oz sugar free dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp valentine’s day sprinkles (optional)

Method

  1. In a bowl of a stand alone mixer, using a paddle attachment, combine the brownies, peanut butter and water until a dough forms.
  2. Roll the dough between two pieces of parchment paper until it’s about ¼” in thickness.
  3. Use 2” heart cookie cutter to make 10 shapes and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Freeze for one hour.
  4. Add the white chocolate and dark chocolate to their own microwave safe bowls with a ½ tablespoon of coconut oil.
  5. Melt separately in the microwave in 30 second increments and then stir smooth.
  6. Place each heart onto a fork and spoon chocolate over, letting the excess drip off.
  7. Top with sprinkles if desired. Chill until chocolate has set.
