Ingredients
LOADED TACO JALAPENO POPPERS
- 8 jalapenos, halved and seeded
- ½ cup cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 bag Quest Loaded Taco Tortilla Chips, finely crushed
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Pinch salt
- ¾ cup cheddar cheese, separated
- ¼ cup chives, chopped, separated
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, stir together the cream cheese, crushed chips, cheddar cheese (reserving ¼ of the cheese for topping), garlic powder, salt, and ¾ of the chives (reserving ¼ of the chives for topping).
- Fill each cavity of the jalapenos with the mixture and top with remaining cheese and chives.
- Bake the jalapeno poppers for 20-25 minutes and serve immediately.
