Ingredients
CHEESEY MEATLOAD PROTEIN BITES
- 1 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 egg
- 2 bags Quest BBQ Protein Chips, crushed
- ÂĽ cup almond flour
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp salt and pepper
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 10 tsp ketchup (sugar free)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 400 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the beef, egg, chips, almond flour and seasonings together.
- Separate the mixture into 20 evenly sized balls.
- Press the balls flat and add about 1 teaspoon of shredded mozzarella in the center and wrap the meat around.
- Top each meatloaf bite with a dollop of ketchup and bake for 10-12 minutes and cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
