Ingredients
CHEDDAR STUFFED OLIVES
- 1 jar of green olives, pitted (5.6oz and about 34 olives)
- 2 bags Quest Pizza Protein Chips
- 1 egg, whisked
- 2 tbsp gluten free flour
- 4oz cheddar cheese
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drain the olives and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Crush the chips into fine crumbles and place them into a shallow bowl.
- Add the egg and flour into their own shallow bowls.
- Cut the cheddar cheese into ¼” cubes.
- Carefully cut each olive enough to open it and insert a cube of cheese.
- Cover the cheese stuWed olive in flour, then egg and finally coat with the crushed chips.
- Repeat until you have covered each olive.
- Bake the olives for 9-10 minutes. Serve hot.
