Queen Mary of Denmark favored the quiet luxury trend during her tour of the Baltic Sea island of Ærø on Tuesday. During the couple’s excursion, the royal opted for a flowing style alongside her husband, King Frederik.

While walking the streets and greeting the people of Marstal, Queen Mary wore a white, airy long-sleeve shirt by Bagutta, which featured subtle buttons down the front placket and a soft collar.

Queen Mary paired the shirt with a flowing linen and cotton maxiskirt courtesy of British brand Joseph. The skirt featured a high-waist line with a fitted silhouette to the hips, before the skirt flared out into a flowing style.

Along with the main pieces of her attire, Queen Mary added other elements, such as slingback pumps courtesy of Jimmy Choo and a Canopy Bay by Deborah Hutton hat. As for her jewelry, which included earrings, necklaces and a diamond tennis bracelet, Queen Mary favored pieces by Danish brands Dulong Fine Jewelry and Halberstadt.

Queen Mary of Denmark is the latest royal to opt for the quiet luxury aesthetic, which combines minimalist silhouettes with neutral tones and tailored attire.
