Queen Camilla’s Shoes Added Variety to Her Trooping the Colour Outfit

Queen Camilla stood out in her silk white midi dress at Trooping the Colour on Saturday — and her beige pumps added variety to the ensemble.

The pointed-toe pumps featured a low heel measuring between two and three inches in height. The queen paired her shoes with a white poplin midi dress that hit just above her calves. She accessorized with a white clutch and a slanted brimmed hat in the same shade as her dress.

Queen Camilla wasn’t the only royal who chose pumps for this year’s Trooping the Colour. Kate Middleton was seen in her go-to Gianvito Rossi 105 Praline Suede pumps that she has worn frequently over the years.

Trooping the Colour is an annual ceremonial parade that celebrates the official birthday of the British Monarch. The event features over 1,400 soldiers and officers, accompanied by 200 horses, and more than 200 musicians from ten different bands and Corps of Drums marching and performing. The event is also commonly known as the King’s Birthday Parade, even though King Charles won’t celebrate his birthday until November.

Queen Camilla frequently chooses neutral-colored pumps for upscale events and occasions. In fact, she wore a similar beige suede pair for day one of the Royal Ascot 2024. Those shoes included a sharp triangular design in the upper, and followed the classic design of a pump with an enclosed crafting  around the front and back.

When she isn’t going for beige, you can typically find her wearing other classic shades like black and white. This month, she wore her tried-and-true cap-toe Chanel pumps while attending the Big Lunch at Eden Dock in London.

Those shoes featured a two-tone beige and black cap-toe design that has been associated with the silhouette since being introduced in 1957. The pair was also rounded out by a short heel that measured between 2-to-3 inches in height.
