Puma is elevating three of its sneaker silhouettes with a new premium execution.
Called the “Puma Speedcat Lux” pack, the release features updated versions of the German athletic brand’s Speedcat Wedge, Speedcat Ballet Lux, and Speedcat Lux.
With this new pack in Chocolate-Gum and Totally Taupe-Chocolate colorways, Puma noted that it aims to “turn the page to a new chapter.”
A highlight of the release is the reintroduction of the Speedcat Wedge, pulled from Puma’s archive, with a concealed heel that elevates the silhouette with new proportions. The collection also includes the new Speedcat Ballet Lux, evoking the chic feel of ballet flats, with an updated strap closure. Lastly, the Speedcat Lux is shaped after the original, archival 1999 Speedcat. The trio is brought together with a brown suede makeup, with contrasting metallic grey hits.
The new Puma Speedcat Lux pack, which retails between $100 and $120, and is now available from Puma.com, the Puma app, Puma NYC and Las Vegas flagship stores, and select retailers.

The release follows the latest drop from Puma collaborator A$AP Rocky. This time, the celebrated rapper is remixing the Speedcat sneaker through the lens of street culture and motorsports. Built on the DNA of Puma’s racing archives, the shoe merges color-blocking with archive material play, adding a carbon fiber–printed TPU heel stabilizer.
The shoe also features a distressed suede upper, red laces tied around the midfoot, and a scorched rubber outsole. Custom woven tongue labels revive vintage motorsport branding, while a raw rubberized mud spray along the base infuses Rocky’s gritty, lived-in aesthetic.
Since Rocky joined Puma in 2023 as the creative director for the brand’s F1 partnership, the rapper has incorporated motorsport design elements across all of his offerings.
