Paris Hilton leaned into full Gucci mode in Milan on Sunday, swapping the pointed pumps she wore on the label’s front row for crystal-covered sneakers while shopping at the label’s boutique during Milan Fashion Week fall 2026.
The entrepreneur grounded her look in Gucci’s GG Crystal Screener sneakers in ivory leather. The low-top style featured beige GG canvas panels set with clustered clear crystals, green leather trims at the toe and heel tab, and an oval enameled Double G plaque on the vamp. A tongue label printed with the house’s vintage logo and a flat rubber sole in cream with a green tread finished the silhouette, which is listed at $1,160 on Gucci’s site.

Red GG velvet wide-leg pants covered most of the sneakers, paired with a zip-front jacket in matching GG velvet. Underneath, she wore a black turtleneck. As for accessories, she added rectangular sunglasses, a beige GG tote and a crossbody bag, plus several Gucci and Chanel shopping bags, while her dog Iconic rode along in a gray Gucci outfit with a pink mini bag clipped to her harness.

The Milan outing followed a more formal Gucci moment earlier in the week. At Demna’s fall 2026 debut for the house, Hilton sat front row in the brand’s Donna horsebit pumps, while her sister Nicky Hilton Rothschild opted for pink pointed-toe horsebit pumps, adding to the show’s lineup of sharp, stiletto-heeled footwear on guests and on the runway.
Gucci’s GG crystal Screener sits inside a broader push toward embellished sneakers within the house’s shoe offer. The model appears in multiple colorways and combines the brand’s signature monogram canvas with low-profile rubber soles and allover crystal detailing.

On the runway, Demna’s fall 2026 shoe collection leaned heavily into high-heel territory, with ultra-pointed stilettos, horsebit-finished pumps and boots, and experimental sneaker-boot hybrids among the key silhouettes, alongside reworked loafers and occasional barefoot looks. The Screener line offers a lower-heel counterpoint to that direction, keeping the GG branding and crystal hardware in a flat sneaker format.
Hilton’s sneaker-and-velvet set came during a packed Gucci week that included the fall 2026 show at Palazzo delle Scintille and a post-show dinner, where she joined fellow guests such as Demi Moore, Kate Moss and Emily Ratajkowski.
