Off-White Signs Fragrance and Cosmetics License With Interparfums SA

PARIS –  Interparfums SA has inked a fragrance and cosmetics license with Off-White.

The deal is effective on Dec. 31, 2025.

Off-White blends the worlds of streetwear and luxury in a spirit of talent and inventiveness,” said Philippe Benacin, chairman and chief executive officer of Interparfums SA, in a statement released Tuesday.

“This is a tremendous opportunity for us to consider the brand’s unique positioning, not to mention Virgil Abloh’s impressive creative legacy,” Benacin said. “This brand will help us to explore new openings for fragrances in the luxury sector.”

The late designer, who died in 2021 at the age of 41, was known for fusing street culture with high fashion. He founded Off-White in 2012.

Interparfums lauded the brand for its conceptual and artistic dimension by viewing fashion as art, as well as its deconstructionist aesthetic, using contrasting materials and functional details.

LVMH Moët Henessy Louis Vuitton sold Off-White to Bluestar Alliance in late September. LVMH had taken a majority stake in Off-White LLC in 2021.

Interparfums SA, which is 72 percent ownd by Interparfums Inc.,  holds the fragrance licenses for Boucheron, Coach, Jimmy Choo, Karl Lagerfeld, Kate Spade, Lacoste, Moncler, Montblanc and Van Cleef & Arpels. It owns Lanvin fragrances and the Maison Rochas.

Interparfums SA-created prestige products are sold in more than 100 countries. This year, the Paris-based company expects its sales should reach between 880 million euros and 890 million euros, in line with projections. The group is listed on Euronext Paris, with a market capitalization of almost 3 billion euros.
