The timeless heels featured a pointed toe and a stiletto high heel measuring 3.5 inches. Manolo’s signature flair for embellishment makes a statement in a collection featuring delicately adorned crystals. The shoes featured a backless, mule silhouette, with a front strap across the foot, which was also decorated with a crystal-embellished detail.
The heels retail for $1,565 and come in gray, yellow, green, white, cream, red and more. The brand recommends ordering the heels a half a size larger than your regular shoe size, as the shoe runs half a size smaller.

Hilton matched the high-shine of the crystals on the shoe with a glittering black slipdress. The dress featured a longer sheer, shimmering layer that reached her ankles on top of a shorter slip underneath. The dress featured a low neckline, and she draped a black feather coat over her shoulders. She paired the dress with a black handbag and a diamond necklace.
