NFL Draft 2026 location: Steelers, city of Pittsburgh will host event

The NFL doesn’t often make good decisions, but having the draft travel from city to city is one of them. It’s increased the feeling of the draft dramatically, and allowing for fans all over the country to experience one of the league’s biggest events. Sure, we don’t get the predictable booing from Jets fans every single year — but that’s actually a good thing.

In 2026 the NFL Draft heads to Pittsburgh, April 23-25 of next year. The NFL said their plans include holding the draft in Point State Park, as well as Acrisure Stadium, home of the Steelers.

Unlike this year’s class there could be a bumper crop of highly drafted quarterbacks with Malachi Nelson, LaNorris Sellers, Nico Iamaleava, Drew Allar, and Arch Manning all potentially being first round picks.

Of these guys it’s obviously Manning who everyone will be watching this upcoming season. Locked behind Quinn Ewers on the Texas bench, Arch was one of the highest-rated high school quarterbacks ever and garnered comparisons to his uncle Peyton Manning during recruiting. If he can turn up in his first year as a starter for the Longhorns there could be a feeding frenzy around him.

In addition to the draft itself, fans will have the opportunity to see the Lombardi Trophy on display, as well as a full Play 60 experience for kids.
