Nest New York is once again scenting the city for the holiday season.
Starting Friday, residents and tourists are invited to adventure up and down Fifth Avenue, from 47th to 59th streets in Manhattan, where rows of illuminated trees will diffuse the sweet aroma of the fragrance brand’s seasonal scent, which combines notes of vanilla, amber, pomegranate, mandarin orange, cloves, cinnamon, and, of course, pine. This marks the third consecutive year that Nest has partnered with the Fifth Avenue Association on this activation.
Building on the success of years past, Nest tapped renowned artist Donald Robertson to add a new visual layer to the installation. This year, the New York holiday spirit will not only be told through scent, but also visualized in a collection of illustrations by Robertson.

From skating in Central Park to shopping along Fifth Avenue, Robertson reimagines the quintessential holiday experience in a playful, multicolored world. The drawings are to be displayed next to the scented trees in standard pictures and life-size cutouts.
The full fragrance line — which includes candles, hand soap, reed diffusers, wall diffusers and the Nest x Pura Smart Home fragrance diffuser — will be wrapped in limited-edition Nest x Drawbertson packaging. New York visitors can pick up the luxury scent collection in person at Bergdorf Goodman, where Robertson’s art will also be displayed.

“Innovative brand collaborations are central to the Fifth Avenue Association’s mission to make every visit to our corridor elegant and exceptional,” Marie Boster, president of the Fifth Avenue Association, said in the official press release. “Fifth Avenue is the premier home of holiday magic in New York City, and this year’s collaboration with Nest and Donald Robertson adds a playful, colorful dimension to the sights, sounds and scents our visitors love.”
