Natalie Portman was spotted keeping her feet cozy while on set filming a Tiffany & Co. commercial in Central Park in New York on Thursday. The actress dodged the melting snow in the streets of Manhattan thanks to a pair of Stella McCartney boots, a black down puffer jacket and black pants.

Her style of choice was the designer’s Elyse Faux Fur Snow Boots in black. The shoes follow the traditional snow boot outline but are modernized thanks to the brand’s Sneak-Elyse platform. They sit on a chunky, saw-edge micro sole with a heel height measuring two inches. The boots feature lace-up fastening, a round-toe and are adorned with ribbon.
The boots, which were also made in beige, are currently not available on the brand’s website but other luxury retailers have them available starting at $960. The shoes are made with a black faux fur and plush teddy fabric, which aligns with the brand’s cruelty-free, vegan ethos.
Stella McCartney has incorporated the Elyse style as one of the brand’s signature shoes. They were first introduced as a lace-up shoe that brought together the upper of a men’s derby with a feminine platform silhouette.
The Elyse platform has become an immediately recognizable feature for Stella McCartney, and are made with sustainably sourced wooden wedge and saw-edged microsoles. The brand has incorporated the platform into sandals, loafers, mary janes, sneakers and more.
