Though Mia Goth is no stranger to experimenting with fashion on the red carpet, there is one common thread between her looks: She almost exclusively wears black heels. The British actress is partial to no-fuss, understated silhouettes, such as Femme LA’s Andx sandals. On Saturday night, Goth opted for the style at the Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards 2026, continuing the signature footwear streak.
Femme LA’s sandals featured a barely-there silhouette, with one ultra-thin strap across the foot and the other around the ankle. Designed in Los Angeles, the minimalist shoes boasted a 120mm stiletto heel and extra-pointy toe. The heels are also available in nude, chocolate brown and white. Unlike the designer heels in Goth’s footwear collection, Femme LA’s Andx sandals are wallet-friendly at $199.

Femme LA was founded in 2018 by Janis Tello. The brand champions understated silhouettes crafted from vegan, cruelty-free materials. Since its inception, it has garnered an impressive celebrity clientele, including the likes of Hailey Bieber, Kylie Jenner and Jennifer Lopez. Much like the Andx sandals, the majority of the label’s shoes are under $200.
For the red carpet on Saturday, Goth styled Femme LA’s strappy sandals with a bright red custom McQueen dress. Made from leather, the gown was distinguished by a strapless silhouette and asymmetrical high-low hemline. She kept her accessories minimal, opting for Messika’s Divine Enigma hoop earrings and skipping a necklace.

It was a big night for Goth. On December 4, the Palm Springs International Film Awards revealed that the cast and director of “Frankenstein” would receive the Visionary Award. Director Guillermo del Toro and stars Oscar Isaac, Jacob Elordi and Goth were in attendance to accept the accolade. Last night marked the first time the award was presented jointly to a director and the film’s cast.
