Madelyn Cline found the ideal shoe to create a barefoot illusion on the red carpet at Monday’s “I Know What You Did Last Summer” premiere in Los Angeles. The actress wore a pair of Paris Texas‘ barely there Lidia mule in a nude shade.

While the Lidia is available in an array of colors, Cline opted to wear the almond-toe mules in a patent caramel leather color that blended perfectly with her skin tone. The slip-on mules are set atop an ultra-thin, covered pin heel measuring 105mm, which gave her the Barbie feet effect. The shoes are made with a metal stiletto heel with rubber injection. The open-toe shoe featured a strap across the upper that goes straight across the vamp and is made of polyester and spandex.

The strap delicately holds the foot in place while covering the toes and giving the illusion that the shoe is blending right into the foot. The ultra-tall heels are made with a padded leather footbed for comfort and support. The mules retail for $645, and they are available in a variety of heel heights.

Cline’s footwear choice paired well with her baby pink gown, which was from the Conner Ives spring 2025 collection. The dress was look 23 from the collection and featured a plunging halter neckline and an open back. The long dress featured a high-low train, while the skirt featured intricate ruching around the hips in the front and back of the design.
The pale pink dress color created a cohesive look with the Paris Texas Lidia mules. The style has been a go-to for celebrities lately, with stars like Millie Bobby Brown opting for the pair. Brown wore a pair in the shade Rouge Noir to “The Electric State” premiere in London in March. Scarlett Johansson wore a pair in cream during the promo tour for “Jurassic World: Rebirth.” Nicole Kidman wore a pair to the premiere of her Netflix film “A Family Affair” in June 2024.
