Lori Harvey embraced both the liquid look and the structural silhouette trends at the Women In Film’s Max Mara cocktail party at the Chateau Marmont on Wednesday evening.
Harvey wore a shimmering black dress with a patent-leather effect by Sportmax for the event. The constructed piece featured ruched sides and a maxi flounce on each of the sides for a dramatic and transformative silhouette. Harvey opted to remove the dress’s thin shoulder straps for a strapless take on the fluid design.
She added extra sparkle with a statement diamond necklace and a diamond-encrusted ring on her pointer finger. Harvey completed the all-black ensemble with Christian Louboutin stiletto pumps. For her glam, Harvey opted for a smoky eye and a glossy lip. Her look was helmed by stylist Jill Jacobs.
The model and daughter of Steve Harvey joined the likes of Elizabeth Banks, Sophia Culpo and Lucy Hale at the historic Sunset Strip hotel to celebrate Joey King as she received Women in Film’s Max Mara Face of the Future Award.
King was the 19th recipient of the annual WIF Max Mara Face of the Future Award. The award, a collaboration between the Italian fashion brand Max Mara and Women in Film, honors the achievements of women in the entertainment industry as actors, producers, and filmmakers.
Previous recipients include Lili Reinhart, Zazie Beetz and Gemma Chan.
