The red carpet at the 2024 Venice Film Festival hosted special guests and the cast and creative team of Todd Phillips’s “Joker: Folie à Deux” on Wednesday. The sequel to the 2019 Oscar-winning picture held its premiere with cast members like Lady Gaga wearing dramatic attire.

Lady Gaga
Lady Gaga brought the drama to the red carpet premiere of “Joker: Folie à Deux.” The multihyphenate star of the film wore a voluminous black gown courtesy of Christian Dior Haute Couture. The dress featured a V neckline and pronounced pleating on the skirt.
Gaga paired the look with glittering jewelry courtesy of Tiffany & Co., including a necklace in platinum and 18-karat yellow gold with diamonds, earrings in platinum with diamonds and a Tiffany Victoria bracelet. The singer and actress completed the look with a theatrical headpiece by Philip Treacy.
Iris Law
Law, daughter of Oscar-nominated actor Jude Law, wore a turquoise velvet dress. The halter dress featured a cutout on the torso beneath a rosette appliqué and included a thigh-high slit. Law also wore a pair of strappy Jimmy Choo sandal heels.
Isabelle Huppert
Huppert, the 2024 Venice Film Festival jury president, wore another piece from Giorgio Armani Privé’s fall 2024 couture collection. The floor-length dress featured allover glittering and pearl-like embellishments. She added a white blouse with billowing sleeves and a high neckline along with layers of delicate silver necklaces. Huppert previously wore another selection from the Giorgio Armani Privé fall 2024 couture collection at the red carpet premiere of the film “Queer” on Tuesday.
Sveva Alviti
Italian actress and former model Sveva Alviti wore a custom dress by Moschino in collaboration with Swarovski. The long-sleeve black dress featured an ornate design on the back, complete with glittering elements in the shape of large question mark. There were also crystals featured on an additional band of fabric running from Alviti’s shoulder to her waist.
