Kim Kardashian signaled the end of an era at Balenciaga with a hairstyle reminiscent of old Hollywood glamour at the house’s fall 2025 couture show in Paris on Wednesday morning. In a delicate approach to pay tribute to the culmination of creative director Demna’s work, Kardashian donned a hyper-feminine aesthetic with a short, side-part bob.

The sophisticated, ingenue hair was a far cry from the Pamela Anderson-esque hairdo Kardashian donned at Lauren Sánchez’s wedding on June 25. Her long extensions were seemingly chopped above the shoulders and shaped in wide curls, with the exception of a tiny, tight coil positioned on her forehead. The left side of her hair was tucked behind her ear, while the right bunch moved in front of her face like a flatline sound wave.
Paired with a cream-colored fur overcoat, a lace-trimmed satin dress, diamonds, and pointed-toe pumps, Kardashian’s hair bore a resemblance to TikTok’s “mob wife” trend. The flipped bob is just one facet of this “old money” style, which continues to pervade the beauty stratosphere, especially when it comes to awards season glam.

Outside the show, Kardashian shielded her eyes under Balenciaga’s sport-mode shades — a unique contrast to her halter-neck white gown. On the runway, however, the mom of four’s makeup and body oil illuminated inside the all-white room. Her lips were coated in a matte nude shade, while her cheeks were flushed the faintest pink hue. Kardashian’s eyes were embellished with dusty shadow around the lids and under her waterline. Typically, the entrepreneur will work with Chris Appleton on her hair and Mario Dedivanovic for her makeup looks, but it’s not confirmed either got her ready for her runway moment on Wednesday.
On Tuesday, Kardashian was spotted exiting Balenciaga’s headquarters in Paris, donning an all-pink ensemble with the brand’s trademark over-the-knee Knife Boot. Here, her hair was also styled in a short, side-parted bob, with a tiny curl tickling her forehead.
