Kenneth Cole Productions has reunited with Lingua Franca for a limited-edition capsule collection championing freedom of speech at a time when open dialogue feels increasingly vital. Launching Wednesday, the unisex collection features hand-embroidered sweaters and T-shirts that affirm support for the First Amendment while empowering individuals to exercise their right to free expression.
Ten percent of proceeds from each product sold will benefit the Committee to Protect Journalists. The capsule styles include sustainably sourced Maxime Sweater (black and white combination) for $290; unisex cashmere sweater (black, white and gray) for $380, and unisex T-shirt (black and white combination) for $95.
The capsule features phrases such as “Free the Speech,” “Unmute Yourself,” “Shut the Hate Up,” “Speak Even If Your Voice Shakes” and “Read Between the Lies,” turning garments into wearable calls to action.

“At a time when freedom of speech feels more important than ever, we hope these messages inspire people to stand up, speak out, and use their voices for good,” said Kenneth Cole, chairman and chief creative officer at Kenneth Cole Productions.
Developed alongside Lingua Franca founder Rachelle Husk MacPherson, the collaboration builds upon the brands’ 2024 partnership, marking the second collection.

“Language has always been at the heart of Lingua Franca, stitched by hand and worn with intention. This collection with Kenneth Cole is a reminder that free speech isn’t abstract, it’s personal, powerful and worth protecting,” MacPherson said.
The capsule will be sold exclusively on kennethcole.com and linguafrancanyc.com.
