Week 14 of the 2025 NFL season will kick off tonight with a matchup of NFC playoff contenders featuring the Dallas Cowboys visiting the Detroit Lions at 8:15 p.m. ET on Prime Video.
The Cowboys came through with a huge 31-28 victory over the Chiefs on Thanksgiving last Thursday, a win that kept them afloat in the NFC playoff hunt. Wide receiver KaVontae Turpin chipped in towards the winning effort and we’ll see if he can do the same in tonight’s showdown.

Fantasy Football analysis: Cowboys WR KaVontae Turpin
Turpin got a handful of touches in last Thursday’s win over the Chiefs, catching two targets for 28 receiving yards and registered three carries for 33 rushing yards. Turbo has been popping in and out of the lineup as a utility option for the Cowboys and this was the second straight week where he received a few handoffs out of the backfield, bouncing back from his fumble against the Eagles the week prior.
The All-Pro kick returner also had a solid day returning kicks, putting the offense in good field position with an average of 23.6 yards per return. The Cowboys would be smart to try to get the ball into his hands by any means necessary.
Start. A pre-game betting total of 54.5 suggests that this game will be somewhat of a shootout and both of these teams will be throwing all of their firepower at each other to pick up the ‘W’. That could mean another healthy dose of touches for Turpin and I like him as a Flex play against a banged up Lions secondary tonight.
