Kate Hudson hit high notes in her Valentino dress at the 32nd annual Actor Awards red carpet on Sunday night in Los Angeles.
The dress was full of Old Hollywood regality, with a flowing cape and a long train that trailed behind the actress on the red carpet. The bodice featured a square neckline with a cutout beneath the bust for added modernity.

Fabric draping and ruching provided some sartorial tension at the waist, flowing into an A-line silhouette skirt. The softly toned look was matched with shimmering diamond jewels, including a statement necklace and earrings by Emily P. Wheeler. Hudson’s glam featured her hair styled straight, cascading down her back.
Hudson’s 2026 awards season wardrobe has been full of designer moments. Just one week ago at the BAFTA Film Awards on Feb. 22, the two-time Oscar-nominated star got fired up in a custom red satin Prada gown, designed with an off-the-shoulder silhouette, formfitting bodice and flowing skirt.

Stylist Sophie Lopez, with whom Hudson regularly collaborates, added extra sparkle to Hudson’s awards season looks with an Armani dress at the 2026 Golden Globe Awards on Jan. 11. Inspired by a piece from the fashion house’s spring 2007 collection, the slimming silver gown featured a bevy of crystal strands throughout, adding dimension to the piece.
Hudson is nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role for her performance in “Song Sung Blue” at the 2026 Actor Awards. The nod comes 25 years after her first Actor Awards nomination for her role in “Almost Famous.” Along with her 2026 Golden Globe, BAFTA and Actor Award nominations, Hudson picked up her second Oscar nomination this year.
