Jennifer Lopez made a metallic statement at Clive Davis’ annual Pre-Grammy Gala in Los Angeles on Saturday. The singer and actress selected a plunging LaPointe gown from the label’s pre-fall 2025 collection, layering on a fox fur coat.
Lopez accessorized with jewelry by Harry Kotlar and Etho Maria, which included a large diamond pendant and stacked rings. Styling duo Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn, who also count Lindsay Lohan, Hailee Steinfeld and Kerry Washington as clients, dressed Lopez for the occasion.
Hairdresser Andrew Fitzsimons styled the J Lo Beauty founder’s honey blond tresses in a sleek updo, while makeup artist Mary Phillips gave her bronze eyeshadow and glittery lip gloss.
Last week, Lopez embraced method dressing at the Sundance Film Festival premiere of her upcoming film “Kiss of the Spider Woman.” She modeled a sheer lace Valdrin Sahiti gown featuring a bedazzled web design, accessorizing with a diamond-encrusted Hassanzadeh cocktail ring and a black clutch.
In “Kiss of the Spider Woman,” based on the 1976 novel by Manuel Puig and the subsequent 1992 musical adaptation, Lopez stars as an imaginary screen siren named Ingrid Luna.
In January, Lopez honored her longtime hairstylist Chris Appleton at the first annual WWD Style Awards in Los Angeles. He won Best Hairstylist for his work with stars like Lopez, Kim Kardashian and Dua Lipa.
“What can I say about Chris Appleton? We’ve created so many amazing looks together. He is kind and collaborative and creative,” Lopez said in a pre-recorded video. “He is always up for ‘let’s do something new,’ from short hairstyles to long hairstyles, color, everything. He’s just always up to experiment. He really is an incredibly creative and one of the best hairdressers I’ve ever, ever had the privilege to work with.”
