Jannik Sinner Joins Explora Journeys as Global Brand Ambassador

On Friday evening at the private members club The Core: Club in New York, world ranking number one Italian tennis player Jannik Sinner was revealed as the global brand ambassador of Explora Journeys ahead of the U.S. Open.

The deal encompasses a multiyear partnership with the luxury lifestyle cruise travel brand of the MSC Group — which will see Sinner featured in a series of brand campaigns and his personal and training team wearing the Explora Journey logo on their apparel during upcoming tournaments.

“I’m honored and to join Explora Journeys as their brand ambassador,” said Sinner. “For me, wellness is not just about training — it’s about recovery and balance. I believe in the power of nature and mindful routines, and I see those values reflected in every experience with Explora Journeys.”

At the event, Sinner commented on how important wellness is to him, given his hectic and rigorous training schedule and back-to-back tournaments. Post-U.S. Open, Sinner said he and his team will be setting sail on a cruise to experience the ocean line for himself.

Explora Journeys said that its partnership with the tennis champion is built on the shared values of the two, alongside the pursuit of excellence, passion and precision. MSC Group was also founded in Naples, Italy, which was another alignment. Moreover, Sinner will work alongside Explora Journeys to create a wellness program with activations and rituals for onboard guests to participate in.

This is just the latest of Explora Journey’s partnerships in the world of sports — the Explora II was a floating hotel docked in Monaco’s Port Hercule during the 2025 Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix and will see the brand return next year.

Notably, this partnership is just the latest of the tennis player’s long list of global brand ambassadorships and partnerships. He works with the likes of Nike, Gucci, Rolex, La Roche-Posay, Lavazza and more. Sinner was also named “friend of Formula 1” back in 2023, making him an official ambassador of the motorsport by crossing over the two fanbases.

This year, Sinner has won the Australian Open and Wimbledon; he is expected to face off for the fourth time in 2025 against Carlos Alcaraz in the U.S. Open final, which Sinner won last year.

“Jannik embodies the values at the heart of Explora Journeys — authenticity, excellence and a commitment to wellbeing. We are delighted to welcome him to our family-owned brand. This collaboration represents a fresh approach to brand ambassadorship — one rooted in authenticity and shared values rather than simple endorsement. His passion, talent, and team spirit — on and off the court — align perfectly with our ethos, inspiring guests to embrace a mindful, balanced way of living and to discover the transformative power of travel,” said Anna Nash, global president of Explora Journeys.
