With our comprehensive solution, we provide components to monitor the airspace—from aircraft transponder receiver nodes to data processing, analysis, and visualization (INVOLI.live).
We are currently looking for a skilled and self-motivated Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in downtown Syracuse, NY.

The role
As a Support Engineer at INVOLI, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technology and our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support for both hardware (e.g., air traffic receivers) and software (e.g., INVOLI.live platform).
- Collaborating with customers to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Diagnosing and resolving problems, whether they involve hardware setups, software configurations, or data processing.
- Contributing to continuous improvement, identifying recurring issues and suggesting enhancements to products or processes.
- Coordinating with the R&D team to escalate complex technical problems and assist in their resolution.
- Documenting solutions, creating guides, and sharing knowledge to improve customer self-service and internal processes.
- Your work will ensure that our customers can maximize the benefits of INVOLI’s innovative solutions.

Working conditions
This position is based in our downtown Syracuse, NY office.
- Work schedule: Work from home is allowed on Monday and Friday, while Tuesday through Thursday require presence in the office.

- Contract type: Please note that this position will be hired as an external contractor. This means that instead of a standard employment contract, the successful candidate will issue monthly invoices to INVOLI for their work.
