Home Is Where have announced a U.S. headlining tour in support of their forthcoming new album, Hunting Season. The autumn run begins on September 26, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and ends on November 19, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Forests, Young Jesus, Short Fictions, Michael Cera Palin, and Rugh will open for the emo-folk band at select shows. Find Home Is Where’s complete list of tour dates below.
Before heading out on tour, Home Is Where will play at Liberation Weekend Festival, on May 30, in Washington, D.C. That new music and arts festival was co-organized by Ekko Astral and the nonprofit Gender Liberation Movement, and features performances by L’Rain, Ted Leo, Speedy Ortiz, Bartees Strange, Downtown Boys, Pretty Bitter, and more across its two-day schedule.
Hunting Season arrives this Friday, May 23, via Wax Bodega. The band’s third studio album and follow-up to 2023’s The Whaler was produced by Jack Shirley. After rolling out lead single “Migration Patterns,” Home Is Where also shared the new song “Milk & Diesel” along with a black-and-white music video that you can watch below.
