Dubbed the Met Gala of the West, the fifth annual Academy Museum Gala took place on Saturday night at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles, drawing in hordes of fashion-forward celebrities. One such A-lister was Hailey Bieber, who hit the red carpet in beige heels that oozed elegance.
For the star-studded affair, the Rhode founder, who was styled by Andrew Mukamal, stepped out in pointy pumps with a subtle sheen and understated floral design. Boasting a thin strap across the foot, the silhouette was a practical choice for the evening. The footwear perfectly played off Bieber’s Schiaparelli spring 2025 couture confection, which featured a slightly shimmery two-tone brown fabric, as well as a boned corset and padded hips.

Given that her gown and pumps were eye-catching on their own, the businesswoman kept her accessories minimal, opting for a touch of sparkle by way of diamond Tiffany & Co. jewelry, including earrings, a chunky ring, and an archives bracelet. Hairstylist Bryce Scarlett was responsible for Bieber’s especially glossy hair, which was achieved using Kérastase products. Naturally, the beauty entrepreneur sported her signature dewy skin and glossy lip combo, presumably courtesy of Rhode.

“The Academy Museum Gala is a special evening dedicated to bringing together individuals to champion the celebration, advancement, and preservation of cinema,” Academy Museum Director and President Amy Homma shared in a press release. This year’s co-chairs included the likes of Jon M. Chu, Common, Jennifer Hudson, Viola Davis, Robert Downey Jr., Susan Downey, Julius Tennon, and Alejandro Ramírez Magaña.
Other notable attendees who graced the red carpet? Kendall Jenner, who posed alongside good pal Bieber, wearing barely-there black pumps and an equally pared-back gown from The Row. Jacob Elordi, meanwhile, continued his Bottega Veneta streak, arriving in his beloved Roma Lace-Up shoes, which the “Euphoria” actor wore last week at the BFI London Film Festival.
