Fantasy football waiver wire: Four RBs to consider for Week 11

Hello and welcome to the Week 11 waiver wire watch!

Another weekend of NFL action is mostly in the books and the second half of the 2025 regular season is officially underway. There were a few notable performances by waiver wire running backs over the weekend and some of them will become mainstays as we continue on throughout the rest of the campaign.

We’ll go over some performers that you should consider scooping off the waiver wire ahead of Week 11 and as always, we’ll classify a waiver add as someone who is rostered in 60% of leagues at the max.

Week 11 byes: Indianapolis Colts, New Orleans Saints

Tyler Allgeier, RB, Atlanta Falcons (32.9%)

The Falcons left Germany with a 31-25 overtime loss on Sunday and their postseason hopes are starting to slip away at 3-6 for the year. But they at least got a strong outing out of Allgeier, who took 11 carries for 57 yards and two touchdowns in the loss. The fourth-year back now has a team-high six rushing touchdowns on the season and has been one of the best handcuff options in the entire league this season while backing up Bijan Robinson.

Allgeier should be available on your wire if you’re pressed for RB options and given the desperate situation Atlanta finds itself in, one would imagine him getting a decent share of touches this Sunday.

Week 11 matchup: vs. Carolina Panthers, 1 p.m. ET

Emari Demercado, RB, Arizona Cardinals (31.1%)

Demarcado has re-emerged as a top backfield option for the Cardinals over the past few weeks and he was one of the few positives in the team’s 44-22 blowout loss to the Seahawks on Sunday. He was explosive on the ground by racking up 64 rushing yards off just four carries and also caught three targets for 40 receiving yards in the setback.

The third-year back is currently on a redemption arc after last month’s goal line debacle against the Titans and he’s proven to be a reliable hand for the offense over the last few weeks. I fully expect that to continue as the team fights to stay in the NFC playoff race down the stretch.

Week 11 matchup: vs. San Francisco 49ers, 4:05 p.m. ET

Brian Robinson Jr., RB, San Francisco 49ers (44%)

Robinson is finally starting to get some significant burn in the Niners’ offense and he registered 41 yards and a touchdown on the ground in the team’s 42-26 loss to the Rams. It marked the second straight week that he found the end zone and he’s carving out a role for himself after being just a bit player in the offense for much of the first half of the campaign.

The Niners would be smart to be cautious about Christian McCaffrey’s usage down the stretch and I’d expect even more snaps for the former Commanders tailback. He’s someone worth looking into as a solid handcuff option.

Week 11 matchup: @ Arizona Cardinals, 4:05 p.m. ET

Chris Rodriguez Jr., RB, Washington Commanders (7.5%)

Rodriguez is starting to get some significant run for the Commanders as of late and punched in a one-yard touchdown in the team’s 44-22 blowout loss to the Lions on Sunday. This came on the heels of a nice outing against the Seahawks the week prior where he totaled 65 yards and a score, so we can expect him to get continued reps as Washington plays out the rest of what has been a regression year. RB-needy managers should keep him on their radars.

Week 11 matchup: vs. Miami Dolphins, 9:30 a.m. ET (Madrid game)
