Fantasy Football Waiver Wire: Best overall pickups for Week 11

Hello and welcome to the Week 11 waiver wire watch!

Another weekend of NFL action is mostly in the books and the second half of the 2025 regular season is officially underway. We still have the Monday night showdown between the Eagles and Packers to get to, but it’s not too early to start looking for ways to fortify your rosters for next week.

We’ll go over some performers that you should consider scooping off the waiver wire ahead of Week 11 and as always, we’ll classify a waiver add as someone who is rostered in 60% of leagues at the max.

Week 11 byes: Indianapolis Colts, New Orleans Saints

Sam Darnold, QB, Seattle Seahawks (47.1%)

Darnold is operating the hottest offense in the NFL at the moment and they buried the Cardinals 44-22 on Sunday to rack up their fourth straight victory. The veteran was highly efficient by going 10-12 for 178 yards and a touchdown and it helps when you have Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Cooper Kupp to lob passes up to all game long. He’s continued to maintain his spot in the top-five of several stats, including leading all QB’s in success rate and yards per attempt.

He’s in for a major matchup on the road against the Rams next Sunday with sole possession of first place in the NFC West on the line. The QB should be available on the waiver wire if you want to scoop him up ahead of this important showdown.

Week 11 matchup: @ Los Angeles Rams, 4:05 p.m. ET

Joe Flacco, QB, Cincinnati Bengals (46.1%)

The Bengals were off on their bye this past weekend and will have a chance to climb back into the AFC North race when visiting the Steelers next Sunday. That means Flacco will be back in action to continue the tear he’s been on since being traded to the team over a month ago. Through four games with Cincy, the Super Bowl 47 MVP has racked up 1,254 yards with 11 touchdowns and just two interceptions. He was the second-best fantasy QB through that stretch, compiling 101.8 fantasy points over those four weeks.

Given how dreadful the Bengals’ defense has been, every single one of those yards has been needed to simply keep the team competitive. That will most likely be the case again in the Steel City this week, so he’ll be available if you need a QB for the week.

Week 11 matchup: @ Pittsburgh Steelers, 1 p.m. ET

Tyler Allgeier, RB, Atlanta Falcons (32.9%)

The Falcons left Germany with a 31-25 overtime loss on Sunday and their postseason hopes are starting to slip away at 3-6 for the year. But they at least got a strong outing out of Allgeier, who took 11 carries for 57 yards and two touchdowns in the loss. The fourth-year back now has a team-high six rushing touchdowns on the season and has been one of the best handcuff options in the entire league this season while backing up Bijan Robinson.

Allgeier should be available on your wire if you’re pressed for RB options and given the desperate situation Atlanta finds itself in, one would imagine him getting a decent share of touches next Sunday.

Week 11 matchup: vs. Carolina Panthers, 1 p.m. ET

Chris Rodriguez Jr., RB, Washington Commanders (7.5%)

Rodriguez is starting to get some significant run for the Commanders as of late and punched in a one-yard touchdown in the team’s 44-22 blowout loss to the Lions on Sunday. This came on the heels of a nice outing against the Seahawks the week prior where he totaled 65 yards and a score, so we can expect him to get continued reps as Washington plays out the rest of what has been a regression year. RB-needy managers should keep him on their radars.

Week 11 matchup: vs. Miami Dolphins, 9:30 a.m. ET (Madrid game)

Mack Hollins, WR, New England Patriots (1.1%)

The Patriots are rolling and notched their seventh straight win by downing the Buccaneers 28-23. Hollins played a huge factor by shredding Tampa Bay’s defense throughout the afternoon, catching six of 10 targets for 106 yards in the victory. It marked the second time this season that he led the Pats in receiving and he’s been a reliable target for Drake Maye, so much so that he actually entered the week with the second-highest catch rate among wideouts with at least 100 routes ran this season.

New England skill position players are becoming more valuable as the season rolls along and Hollins is included in that mix. With a rostership of less than 2%, he could be a mid-season steal.

Week 11 matchup: vs. New York Jets, 8:15 p.m. ET (Thursday night)

Troy Franklin, WR, Denver Broncos (57.7%)

Offense wasn’t much of a thing in the Broncos’ 10-7 victory over the Raiders on Thursday night, but Franklin was able to break through with five catches for 40 yards and the team’s only touchdown of the evening. That is now four touchdowns in four weeks for the second-year wideout from Oregon and he has quietly been a top-20 fantasy receiver in all scoring formats.

This will most likely be the final week that Franklin is a waiver wire option and you should jump at the chance to grab him. Especially with a critical AFC West showdown against the Chiefs on the horizon.

Week 11 matchup: vs. Kansas City Chiefs, 4:25 p.m. ET

Cade Otton, TE, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (30.6%)

The Buccaneers came up short in a 28-23 loss to the Patriots, but they got a strong outing out of Otton throughout the afternoon. The fourth-year tight end had a season-high nine receptions for 82 yards in the setback and was a reliable option for Baker Mayfield as the team tried to come back in the second half.

Otton has surged over the past few weeks after spending the first month of the season primarily blocking due to all of the injuries on the Bucs’ offensive line. With the offense still missing pass-catchers like Mike Evans and Chris Godwin, he should continue to see a healthy amount of targets moving forward.

Week 11 matchup: @ Buffalo Bills, 1 p.m. ET

Theo Johnson, TE, New York Giants (38.3%)

The Giants blew a 10-point fourth quarter lead in a 24-20 loss to the Bears on Sunday, marking their fourth straight loss. Johnson at least did his part with seven receptions for 75 yards in the loss and his production has been one of the lone bright spots of a miserable 2-8 campaign for the G-Men. He’s averaged roughly six targets a game over the past month and there’s bound to be more in the coming weeks as NY plays out the string.

Week 11 matchup: vs. Green Bay Packers, 1 p.m. ET
