Fantasy football rankings: Top 40 PPR tight ends for Week 7

Week 6 of the NFL season is in the books and it is time to move on to Week 7, but, before we do that, let’s see who leads the PPR tight ends through six games. Yes, it’s all Jake Ferguson! Just like we all expected. He’s been a PPR king so far, but lately he’s caught four touchdowns with CeeDee Lamb out over the last three weeks.

With George Kittle and Brock Bowers missing time, we’ve seen Trey McBride continue his strong play, while rookie Tyler Warren and TE touchdown leader Dallas Goedert have filled the void. Darren Waller came out of retirement to quickly rank third in fantasy points per game at the position, while old man Travis Kelce continues to hang on as a relevant fantasy tight end.

Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills

Mark Andrews, Isaiah Likely, Dalton Kincaid, Dawson Knox

Kittle should be able to practice this week and has a real chance to return from his hamstring injury against the Falcons on SNF. His presence is very much needed by the 49ers both as a blocker and receiver. If they can get Ricky Pearsall and Brock Purdy back as well, they could be cooking with gas.

Bowers’ knee injury finally got the better of him and he had to sit out the last two weeks. At this point I’d expect the team to make sure he is at least close to 100% before bringing him back, as Bowers has not looked like his old self since he suffered the injury. If he can go, he’s always a must start at a weak position.

Njoku injured his knee last week against the Steelers. He did try to play through it, but ultimately couldn’t stay in the game. There’s no word on the extent of the injury at this point, but it seems like a good sign he at least tried to play through it. If he can’t go against Miami this week, Harold Fannin should get a big boost in a good matchup.
