Dua Lipa hit the red carpet on Monday night for the 50th Chaplin Gala at New York City’s Lincoln Center. The “Dance the Night” singer joined a bevy of A-list guests and high-profile stars at the event, which served to honor Oscar-winning filmmaker Pedro Almodóvar.
The singer opted for a design courtesy of Schiaparelli‘s fall 2025 ready-to-wear collection. Lipa’s look married knitted elements with sheer dressing in a dark tonal color scheme offset by gold accessories.

The singer’s maxidress featured a body-con design, with a formfitting silhouette. The long-sleeve dress featured a dark chocolate shade. Standout elements of the look included a plunging neckline with gold clasps running down the front to the waist, sharp shoulders and loose cuffs.
As for her accessories, Lipa styled gold pieces to both contrast and complement her dress. The singer styled gold statement earrings and a coordinated necklace featuring Schiaparelli’s iconic eye and keyhole motifs.

As for her glam, Lipa’s dark tresses were parted in the middle and styled straight, cascading down her back. Lipa’s Makeup included bold brows and a glossy lip. Stylist Lorenzo Posocco curated the singer’s look.
Lipa’s 2025 Chaplin Gala look made its runway debut as part of Paris Fashion Week last March. The collection, curated by artistic director of six years Daniel Roseberry, took inspiration from cowboy core. The trend saw a resurgence in 2023, thanks in no small part to the cultural event that was Beyoncé Knowles-Carter‘s eighth studio album “Cowboy Carter.”

Within the collection, “the hourglass silhouettes took the form of oversize suit jackets with maxi shoulders, while corset lacing was used as a decorative accent on items like a white tank top and scrunched leather pants with a trompe-l’oeil double waist,” Joelle Diderich wrote in WWD’s review of the collection.
“Other Surrealist details included a large belt buckle on the neck of a black vest top, and a knuckleduster ring shaped like gold fingers. But the stars of the show were those wildebeest furs, like the cropped shearling jackets with sleeves the size of a side of beef.”
