Doechii made her Milan Fashion Week debut on Tuesday, opening Dsquared2‘s fall 2025 presentation. The Grammy-winning rapper emerged from an armored truck before strutting down the runway to her track “Nissan Altima.”
At the end of the catwalk, Doechii pulled out a cigarette from the makeshift carton affixed to her sleeve. Her edgy ensemble — emblematic of the label’s Y2K-coded aesthetic — consisted of a backpack-slash-corset with paracord laces and fur trim, a high-low graphic top and belted denim microshorts.

Doechii previously wore the Italian brand at the iHeartRadio Music Awards last year, where she modeled a distressed fleece dress from its fall 2024 collection.
These days, the rapper can be more commonly associated with Thom Browne. At the Grammy Awards earlier this month, Doechii donned four custom looks by the American designer, including a corseted gown that she wore on the red carpet. Her pinstriped shift, layered over a white button-down and a matching tie, was adorned with Browne’s signature red, white and blue ribbon.
Doechii accessorized with platform lug sole loafers and diamond-encrusted jewelry. Sam Woolf, who also dresses Jhené Aiko, styled the “Denial Is a River” artist for the Grammys.

“Nissan Altima” is the first single from Doechii’s mixtape “Alligator Bites Never Heal.” The full-length project earned her Best Rap Album at this year’s ceremony, where she was also nominated for two other awards: Best New Artist and Best Rap Performance for “Nissan Altima.”
Dsquared2’s latest presentation follows the label’s highly anticipated reissue of the Iconic Skate boot. The original design, which has been worn by Dsquared2 muse Julia Fox, debuted on the runway in 2011. Based on traditional ice skates, the stiletto boot features a lace-up closure and “blades” fashioned into soles.
