Dixie D’Amelio Goes Sheer in The Attico Bralette Set at Fashion Awards

Dixie D’Amelio delivered a youthful and daring approach to sheer dressing at The Daily Front Row’s ninth annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards on Thursday. One of the presenters of the night, the social media star wore a look from The Attico, featuring a bralette top and a long mermaid-style skirt with a flowing train. Both pieces were made of a lace-like material with silver embellishments in a delicate pattern.

D’Amelio’s look was introduced at The Attico‘s spring 2025 runway show, which was described as a display of “the brand’s duality between high-octane seduction and daytime casual, daring partywear and sassy sportswear,” WWD’s Sandra Salibian wrote in September, adding the “show brought vulnerability into the cool-girl clique.” According to the designers of the label, Gilda Ambrosio and Giorgia Tordini, the collection was inspired by a heartbreak experience.

At the Fashion Los Angeles Awards, D’Amelio presented the Hairstylist of the Year award to Dimitris Giannetos, who has worked with Gigi Hadid, Megan Fox, Kim Kardashian, Amal Clooney and Jennifer Lopez over the years. Giannetos has been taking care of D’Amelio’s hair transformations for the past couple of years.

The Fashion Los Angeles Awards took place on Thursday in Beverly Hills, honoring key figures shaping the intersection of fashion and entertainment. Comedian Matt Rogers hosted the event, with presenters including Ashley Park, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Selma Blair and Chappell Roan.

Honorees spanned styling, design and industry contributions: Tyra Banks received the Fashion Icon award, while Brad Goreski was named Style Curator of the Year. Adriana Lima earned Fashion Comeback of the Year and Betsey Johnson accepted the Lifetime Achievement Award. Styling categories also recognized Genesis Webb (Music Stylist), Wayman Bannerman and Micah McDonald (Men’s Stylist of the Year) and Alexx Mayo (Makeup Artist).
