Demi Moore joined the season’s stiletto boot wave in New York on Tuesday, pairing Christian Louboutin’s Kate Botta style with a mix of leather and lace. The actress was seen in New York City with her Chihuahua, Pilaf, amid promotion for the second season of “Landman.”
The Kate Botta silhouette — a Louboutin signature — is built from smooth black leather with a pointed toe, inner side zip and slim knee-high shaft that tapers into the stiletto, where you can see a pop of the label’s signature red-lacquered sole underneath her skirt’s semi-sheer paneled hem. The boot, which retails between $1,795 and $1,845, is available in both 85mm and 100mm heels, along with calf leather and velour finishes.

Moore’s outfit struck a similar balance between structure and texture. Over her sheer paneled black lace skirt, she layered a gray-and-black patterned sweater, which housed Pilaf, beneath a relaxed black leather bomber jacket. Her leather knee-high boots carried through the leather element of the look while grounding the airy, pleated skirt. Oversized aviator sunglasses and a structured black handbag completed the ensemble.

The appearance extends Moore’s recent run of stiletto silhouettes on the “Landman” circuit. The day before, she arrived at “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert” in Tom Ford’s Eva d’Orsay pumps, a loafer-front patent pair set on a 105-millimeter heel. Last month, she alternated between Saint Laurent’s Nico platform boots and Paris Texas’ Lidia suede slingbacks — a rotation that maps her shift toward sleeker, weather-ready textures through fall.

Her Louboutin pair also joins a wider resurgence of tall, fitted boots across celebrity wardrobes. Taylor Swift has rotated between Louis Vuitton’s Legacy High Boot — a pointed stiletto style with the brand’s signature Monogram strap — and Stella McCartney’s cruelty-free snakeskin design on recent New York outings. Meanwhile, Sydney Sweeney’s over-the-knee patent pair from Patou brought similar polish to her “Christy” press tour.
